| Prioritizes and processes service requests and resolves maintenance issues timely and efficiently to |
| ensure a safe and pleasant selling environment within retail satellite stores. Contacts approved |
| vendors to perform services and researches potential changes to vendor list; purchases and tracks |
| inventory of store fixtures and equipment; monitors repair and maintenance costs to ensure budget |
| constraints are met. Informs facilities management of escalated and/or on-going maintenance or |
| vendor issues and makes recommendations for improvement. Set-up and organize satellite store data |
| within the facilities management software program. Source vendors and establish maintenance |
| contracts for HVAC, Pest Control, Window Washing, Fire Alarm inspections, etc for satellite stores. |
| Obtains and review quotes. |
| Scope: |
| Responsible for resolving satellite store maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure |
| a satisfactory selling environment. Must adhere to satellite store maintenance and renovation |
| budgets. |
| Minimum Requirements: |
| " High School Diploma, of equivalent experience. |
| " Minimum of two years retail store maintenance dispatching or similar experience. |
| " Computer literate in software programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word. |
| " Strong written and verbal communication skills. |
