| Position responsible for the daily oversight of operations of the warehouse employees and to ensure |
| compliance with all company policies. Assist in the training of new hires and ensure all production, |
| sanitation, and quality standards are met. |
| Job Responsibilities: Ensure quality and On-Time delivery; Ensure compliance of sanitation guidelines |
| by warehouse employees; Monitor employee relations and handle employee issues/problems; Assist |
| with training new hires and other training as needed; Oversee the daily actions of employees |
| including performance management; Ensure all employees are in compliance with safety policies; |
| Perform audits to monitor quality of employee work; Other duties as assigned. |
| Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1 to 3 years of supervisory |
| experience in Warehouse Distribution preferably in the Grocery Industry. The ability to supervise |
| groups of 25+ employees. |
| The flexibility and willingness to work evenings and/or weekends is a must. Experience working in a |
| Union environment is preferred. Communication Skills, Departmental/Organizational Awareness, |
| Technically Proficient, Coaching and Developing People, Interpersonal Understanding, |
