| Assist customers with their banking needs and process all transactions accurately and in a timely |
| manner. Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with bank and department standards |
| and required state and federal regulations. Responsibilities: Represent the bank in a professional |
| manner Evaluate customers' financial needs Enter customers' information into computer, process |
| transactions, and perform other teller duties Help to resolve any customer issues to the satisfaction of |
| the customer Completes all yearly Compliance training and testing and complies with bank, federal |
| and state regulations. Adheres to departamental and bank wide standards. |
| Requires a high school degree or GED plus additional specialized training, coursework, or skill |
| acquisition related to the position, plus up to one year of relevant experience or an equivalent |
| combination of education and experience. Ability to use basic computer skills to enter and/or retrieve |
