| Considerable knowledge of abnormal & clinical psychology; considerable knowledge & skill in |
| selection, administration, scoring & evaluation of intelligence, achievement, personality and diagnostic |
| tests; considerable knowledge of psychological research methodology including experimental design, |
| data analysis and application of findings; knowledge of other psychological disciplines; considerable |
| interpersonal skills; considerable oral and written communication skills; considerable ability to make |
| clinical diagnosis and prognosis and develop treatment plans; considerable ability to conduct |
| psychotherapy; considerable ability to write case histories, discharge summaries and professional |
| reports; ability to coordinate clinical services with comprehensive and multidisciplinary treatment plans. |
| Preferred Experience: An applicant having experience with testing, especially in areas directly related |
| to the needs of this population. This includes but is not limited to the assessment of psychopathy, |
| anger, sexual offending, criminal attitudes, beliefs and risk. The position will also be responsible for |
| administering a large battery of psychological tests, collecting and interpreting data for required reports |
| and developing and implementing training programs for staff. The ideal candidate will have expertise |
| in selecting appropriate assessment tools, have experience supervising and training staff to conduct |
| assessments and have experience evaluating the efforts set forth. |
